It is best to provide photos or video to feedback priblems. The warranty does not apply to damages caused by mishandling, droppong, or leaking batteries, nor modification or serviceing performed by others.

The following situations are not covered by the JOILCAN® warranty policy:
- Unauthorized Modifications/Repairs – Attempting non-authorized repairs, modifications, or disassembles the product;
- Physical Damage – Accidents, drops, water/liquid ingress, burns, or corrosion;
- Misuse/Negligence – Including but not limited to: exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or environments beyond product specifications. Use with non-compatible accessories;
- Normal Wear & Tear – Batteries, consumable parts, or cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches). To cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;
- Lack of Maintenance – Failure to follow care instructions in the user manual;
- Acts Beyond Control – Natural disasters, power surges, earthquake or force majeure events;
- Loss or Theft – The package or product is lost by the delivery party or is stolen.
