Warranty & Return


If you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the products to us within 30 days after receiving the goods. We are happy to refund the purchase price of the product. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.

You need to contact us by email before you want to return or need replacements.


Refund processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item. PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account. Please contact our service team if you want a refund or return via email to joilcan@outlook.com


  • Please contact us first at  joilcan@outlook.com. We will arrange a return for you. If the product is damaged, you will need to send us a clear photo or video of the damaged or defective product and shipping package.
  • If you have purchased the wrong item, please let us know within 30 days after delivery. You may be responsible for shipping and price differences for exchanged items.
  • If you receive the wrong item, you should notify us within 30 days of delivery. Depending on the type of item, we may ask for a photo or we may ask for a refund of the wrong item. We will refund the return shipping cost. At the same time, we will resend the correct item to you as soon as possible.
  • If your item is damaged or not working, please follow the warranty process and contact us at  joilcan@outlook.com to repair the product within 7 days after delivery.
  • If you provide the wrong address or the address that cannot be delivered, we will try our best to keep the order, but we cannot guarantee that the order will be placed immediately when you place an order. If the order is returned to us due to an error or an undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of resending the item and returning the item. If the order is not returned to us due to an error or undeliverable address and is found to be lost, we will not be responsible for your product.but we cannot guarantee the same as we ships out orders as soon as you place it. If the order is returned to us due to wrong or undeliverable address, you will have to bear the shipping fee for the resend item as well as the returned item. If the order is not returned to us due to wrong or undeliverable address and is found missing, we will not be held responsible.
  • Warranty

Within 2 years, buyers can send them back for free repair service, in this case, buyers pay all the shipping fees in both sides. Which mean you should pay us the shipping fees for us to send them back to you. If buyer breaks the items and some components need to be changed, we will charge for the original value of those components.
