The parcel can be shipped via a standard shipping which takes about 7-15 days or via Express shipping which requires about 5-7 days.

  1. Can I place an order by phone or email?

We do not accept phone or email orders.

  1. How do I place an order on the website?

For online shopping, each product has an “Add to Cart” option that allows you to place items in your shopping cart for purchase. In case we have the items we need, we are not in stock, please wait for us to replenish.

  1. What if I forget my account password?

If you have forgotten your account password, please click the Forgot Password link during the login process. You'll be instructed to reset your password by resetting your password email, which will be sent to the email address you used to sign up for your account.

  1. If you want to know which countries we can ship to, what can you do?

Our company's parcels can be shipped to the US and European countries. You only need to place an order on our website. If there are restrictions, the system will remind you.

  1. Do I need to pay customs duties?

If you have a tax, please pay first and provide proof of receipt at joilcan@outlook.com. Upon receipt of the parcel, we will refund half of the tariff based on the receipt.
